MIKE PUMO, WFLA GENERAL MANAGER AND PRESIDENT,
I just called your station and the person said very rudely that it aired and literally tried to hang up the phone. I asked him if he watched it and he said "no.”
I asked, “Do you have any idea how much hate these kinds of lies bring to our community?”
As if there isn't enough hate towards Gays. The supposed "Christians" think that everyone should live by their bible. This is a completely egocentric and myopic view that is JUST THE KIND OF RIGHT-WING RADICAL THOUGHTS THAT PUSHES THEM TO KILL DOCTORS AND KILL GAY PEOPLE JUST FOR BEING THEMSELVES AND TRUTHFUL. This “one book” the bible, does not rule everyone. Actually if you read it for real it is full of hate, murder, and yes this “God” wiped out and murdered people three different times. A great example to live by??????????
It is completely unpatriotic and opposite of anything that this country truly stands for to not abide by the separation from Church and State. Do you realize how many gay people are fighting in our police force? Do you realize how many are in our military selflessly fighting for a country that doesn't see them as an EQUAL? The blood of innocent men LIKE RYAN SKIPPER, A LOVED CHILD MURDERED... MATTHEW SHEPARD, ANOTHER LOVED CHILD MURDERED....THE LIST GOES ON.
This whole "reverse psychology" by these bigoted "Christians" is rotten to the core. They have been persecuting gay people since the beginning of their "so called" Genesis. Before this very young religion of Christianity came into written words there where many other native tribes celebrating their sexual diversity. Any of you that are spouting this HATE and IGNORANCE should pick up a different book and get educated in compassion and knowledge of sound science. These comments are just the proof of the true hate that this kind of "commercial" "PROPAGANDA" breeds. The proof is right in front of you. Read the ignorance for your self.
P.s. as a side note for any one that HAS SOME REAL LOGIC…do you notice that it is mostly men just hating on men. Men are scared and viciously homophobic yet I’m sure they are having a blast at home with the “lesbians” on TV. I never hear any remarks about how sick that is…It’s not even in their ridiculous, cruel, violent, dooms day bible.
Think about it…STOP the IGNORANCE AND DISCRIMINATION.
