Broom and Gride is Shelly and Allyson. We recently got married in April 2008 and when we were planning our wedding we couldn't relate to being called "brides" or "grooms" because we thought those terms we so outdated and didn't fit us. So, Broom and Gride was formed. We got shirts made and wore them to our bachelorette party (or dykette party), our rehearsal dinner, and at the reception towards the end of the night.
